What about Claudia Speaker 0 00:02:10 Using his wife Angela as a shield to prevent Claudia from shooting him? Marty, Speaker 1 00:02:15 Stop it. Back up. Back up. Get back. Damnit Martin. You're gonna get thousands of people killed. Speaker 0 00:02:20 Martin ran Claudia down as he took off with his wife and son in tow F B I Agent Brewbaker. In pursuit of Harrison Gailey, an associate of the voice authorized police to send a drone into Gailey Shaq to torch and burn it down. Speaker 1 00:02:36 Proceed with the burner Speaker 0 00:02:37 Gailey escaped, but was later captured and interrogated by Brewbaker who secretly poisoned and killed him. Frank's old Boston mentor Captain Orson, who once suggested Frank enter politics years ago, maybe Speaker 4 00:03:05 We could sway him to run for office. Huh? What do you say? Speaker 0 00:03:08 Visited the residence of Les Kaminsky, a suspect whose home the voices signal was traced to, and I Speaker 5 00:03:15 Don't paddle around with terrorists either. Speaker 4 00:03:17 Someone could have tricked authorities into believing that you were a Speaker 0 00:03:20 Threat. Orson later met with Frank Claudia Sam Martin to discuss his suspicion of Brew Baker. Agent Speaker 6 00:03:26 Brewbaker Get a chance to interrogate the Speaker 4 00:03:27 Driver. Yeah. Then the guy came down with a sudden case of death. Speaker 0 00:03:31 The voices last cryptic message. The Speaker 4 00:03:33 Voice said, we'll leave it up to the revolution Speaker 0 00:03:36 And the impending TV interview of Rashonda Nicholson awaiting trial for her retaliatory murder of Officer Devlin. Speaker 4 00:03:43 Her damn TV interview is tomorrow. The city's already on Speaker 0 00:03:46 Edge. Borson also presented them with items located at the government building, which included a piece of fabric from the dress of Cassim's daughter. Speaker 4 00:03:55 Any of these items look familiar to you? No. Speaker 0 00:03:57 Claudia answered deceptively that night. Frank got a call from the voice himself offering him a chance to be a hero again. What Speaker 7 00:04:10 Frank, Speaker 6 00:04:12 What took you so long? Speaker 0 00:04:14 And now chapter five, A peacefully silent bedroom. Mrs. Orson lies in bed. In a deep sleep, a dreamlike smile across her face by contrast beside her lies, captain Orson, who couldn't be more awake. He stares at the ceiling. His brain seemingly never turning off. A thought suddenly strikes him and his eyes go wide. He slips gently but quickly outta bed, puts on his slippers and leaves the room and his personal office. Orson fastens his robe, flicks on a desk light and takes a seat. His desk is a mess of papers, folders, and post-its, but it makes sense to him. He easily slips through the chaos and pulls a folder. He opens it, sifts past report after report then stops on a photo of Harrison Gailey. Orson withdraws a magnifying glass from a drawer and focuses on gailey's tattoos. He examines each one until a particular one grips his attention. Speaker 0 00:05:24 An arm tattoo where only the word revolution is visible beneath the rolled sleeve. Orson shuts the folder, turns its attention to his computer and taps away. The Long Beach Police Department site pops up. Orson opens a folder containing Gailey's autopsy photos. He studies the arm with the tattoo now able to read it in its entirety for the revolution. Orson looks uneasy. He types away again. This time more frantically. He peruses Les Kaminsky's social media posts and photos breeze by. He stops on one particular photo of Kaminsky flexing muscles shirtless on a beach. A shoulder tattoo reads for the revolution. Oren's jaw drops. The magnifying glass hits the floor. Mrs. Orson rushes in, startled awake. Speaker 8 00:06:22 Sweetie. Are you all right? This is bad. This is really bad. This is really, really bad. Speaker 0 00:06:36 Chapter five. You have no idea. An SUV V with tinted windows sits to the side beneath a dirty Barron underpass Behind the S U V A police cruiser pulls to a stop. Officer Pope exits the cruiser and strolls up to the driver's side of the S U V. As he approaches the window lowers revealing F B I Agent Brewbaker. Speaker 10 00:07:07 I thought Sam was gonna help lead us to the voice instead. He and his new friends are dicking around venture industries Speaker 9 00:07:14 As the voice intended. I'm sure. Speaker 10 00:07:16 Do we need to take care of them? Speaker 9 00:07:18 Those four are the best chances we have of finding this guy. We eliminate them. Now we're back to square one. Speaker 10 00:07:27 They keep pulling at that string what they could unravel. It won't just be Mack. A lot of good cops could go down. Speaker 9 00:07:37 The threat this country's facing goes above and beyond the plight of your fellow officers. Pope. What's at stake? Here is our very way of life. Now we're gonna keep a close eye on them and if they lead us to this lunatic like I think they will, we will have solved both of our problems. Speaker 10 00:07:57 And if they uncover a venture first, Speaker 9 00:08:00 Hmm, I put them together. I'll tear them apart. Speaker 0 00:08:05 Brew Baker's window closes and the S U V pulls away. A modest two level home sits quietly In a mild mannered suburban neighborhood, there's a knock at the front door. Paul. A tall, wiry fellow, annoyed and pissed swings the door open. Sam stands at the doorstep wearing a gleeful smile. What do you want? Speaker 1 00:08:34 Good morning, sir. I'm with the property inspection service. May I have a moment of your time? No property owners orders. I'm afraid they've been under strict instructions to get these buildings up to code and I'm afraid that includes impromptu inspections such as this Speaker 0 00:08:51 In the background. Frank climbs through a kitchen window and tiptoes towards Paul from behind. I ain't get no notice about no inspection. Speaker 1 00:09:00 You should have received an email from management. Sir, check your spam folder. Perhaps Speaker 0 00:09:05 I ain't got no damn email address. Speaker 1 00:09:07 Well, there's your problem right there. Speaker 0 00:09:09 Get lost. I'll take this up with the owner. Don't Speaker 6 00:09:12 Bother. Hey, Speaker 0 00:09:13 What? What the help Frank forces Paul into a corner. Sam rushes in and locks the door. How did you get in here? Speaker 6 00:09:20 That's the least of your worries. Speaker 0 00:09:22 Frank pulls Paul's hands behind his back and binds them. Sam Duck tapes his mouth shut. Speaker 6 00:09:27 Have a seat. Speaker 0 00:09:28 Frank tosses Paul onto a couch. A perplexed. Sam pulls Frank to the side and speaks in confidence. Speaker 1 00:09:36 You wanna tell me what we're doing here, Frank? Speaker 6 00:09:39 Yeah, I do, Speaker 0 00:09:42 But he doesn't. Instead Frank continues inspecting the house, leaving Sam sharing the same confused look as Paul FBI headquarters Los Angeles amidst the lobby's daily hustle and Bustle, a monitor and a corner broadcast, a promo featuring the histrionic voice of news. Anchor Char Weston Orson watches from a lobby bench on the broadcast. Photos whisk across the screen of Rashonda Nicholson and her late son Josiah hugging at a dinner table. Josiah on a high school track field and Rashonda s mugshot as animated cell doors close over her image. Speaker 11 00:10:25 Guilty justified. You be the judge. Join me as I come face-to-face with the woman herself. I'm Shar Weston and don't miss my live one-on-one interview. Innocent murder. A moment with Rashonda Nicholson. Today at noon only on W A G C. Speaker 0 00:10:47 Orson rolls his eyes. Brewbaker appears stepping briskly in his direction. Orson rises and rushes to keep up as Brewbaker Hus toward a corridor Speaker 9 00:10:57 Captain, Speaker 4 00:10:58 We need to investigate every hashtag we can find on revolution. Speaker 9 00:11:03 Come again. Yeah. Speaker 4 00:11:04 Revolution. The revolution for the revolution. Anything like that? Speaker 9 00:11:08 What's going on? Speaker 4 00:11:10 Has there been any word on the location of the second nuke? Speaker 9 00:11:14 No. What's this about? Speaker 4 00:11:16 Gailey had a tattoo on his forearm for the revolution. Speaker 9 00:11:21 Okay, Speaker 4 00:11:23 Kaminsky for the revolution right here. Speaker 0 00:11:27 Orson points to his shoulder Speaker 4 00:11:29 In the voices last live stream. He said we'll leave it up to the revolution. Speaker 9 00:11:35 What are you thinking? Speaker 4 00:11:37 I think they're the voices followers and if that's the case, who knows how many others are out there or what they're planning. Speaker 9 00:11:46 You're riding an awful lot on a hunch. Orson, we got two similar tattoos for now. That's just two nuts. Who fancy themselves revolutionaries. Speaker 4 00:11:55 But if I'm right and there's a wider plan to this thing, how many steps behind are we? Speaker 9 00:12:03 I'll have our cyber unit look into this. Speaker 4 00:12:06 One other thing you ever heard of Venture industries, llc, Speaker 0 00:12:11 Brew Baker's, demeanors shifts, Speaker 9 00:12:13 Venture industries. Speaker 4 00:12:15 Yeah. They came up on that warehouse where Officer Devlin was murdered. Speaker 9 00:12:20 I'll look into that one as well. In the meantime, pay another visit to Kaminsky's. See what he knows about this revolution. I'll have someone meet you there. Speaker 4 00:12:31 You're not tagging along. Speaker 9 00:12:33 I'm following up on a lead Speaker 4 00:12:35 Do tell. Speaker 9 00:12:36 Top secret security clearance on this one. I'm afraid. Keep me posted. Speaker 0 00:12:40 Brew baker exits through a stairwell leaving Orson in the hallway. Speaker 4 00:12:45 You keep me posted. Speaker 0 00:12:47 Orson replies sarcastically in the stairwell brew Baker speaks into his phone. Speaker 9 00:12:55 It's Pru Baker. Thank you for reaching out. You're doing the right thing. No, not even Orson. Um, sure the bureau can work something out. Where can we meet Speaker 0 00:13:08 On the other end of the line? Martin Chen, who paces back and forth in a motel room. Speaker 1 00:13:14 I'm at the Desert Shore Motel room one 18. You'll come alone. Speaker 9 00:13:20 Yeah, my word Mr. Chen. Speaker 0 00:13:22 Martin hangs up. He approaches Angela, who sits on a couch with their son Miles in her lap, avoiding eye contact. She holds miles tighter as he gets closer. Speaker 1 00:13:33 Can I speak to you for a moment? Angela, please. Speaker 0 00:13:40 Angela releases Miles stands and follows Martin out of the room outside their motel room. Angela maintains a distance between herself and Martin. Speaker 1 00:13:51 FBI's on the way. I'll tell 'em everything I know about the voice. They'll help us disappear and this will all be over. Speaker 0 00:14:00 She remains silent as she stares off into the distance. Speaker 1 00:14:03 Angela, I'm doing this for you. Both of you. Speaker 0 00:14:08 She starts back to the room, but Martin takes her hand holding her in place. Speaker 1 00:14:12 Angela, I had no choice. Claudia would've only made it worse. With what I know, the f b I can track this guy down and this threats will be neutralized and we'll be able to disappear in peace. Speaker 0 00:14:27 She lets him hold her hand a moment longer before gently pulling it away and heading back into their room. Leaving Martin to his thoughts outside the Long Beach City jail, police erect barricades and set up security checkpoints as news vans and protestors begin to arrive inside a security guard passes a row of jail cells until he reaches a particular one. He unlocks the door and opens it. Speaker 13 00:14:58 Nicholson, it's your big day. Let to go. Speaker 0 00:15:02 Rashonda Nicholson in prison uniform with her hair astray slowly turns from her lower bunk bed to the cell door. Her face drained of emotion. She pulls herself up from her bunk. Frank and Sam have each pulled up a chair and are now sitting across from Paul who works his body to sit up right on the couch. Frank leans into Paul and rips the duct tape from his mouth. Sam works to hide his confusion at the situation as he attempts a poker face. Paul makes a feeble attempt to wriggle free. Who are you? What the hell are you doing? Speaker 6 00:15:39 Uh, we're waiting Speaker 0 00:15:41 For what? Speaker 6 00:15:43 You don't know. Speaker 0 00:15:44 No. Get me out of these. Speaker 6 00:15:46 What's your name? Speaker 0 00:15:48 Nu You're a goddamn business. Speaker 6 00:15:50 We're gonna need a bit more cooperation than that, Speaker 0 00:15:54 Paul. Okay. My name is Paul. Speaker 6 00:15:56 See that wasn't so bad. That wasn't Paul. Speaker 0 00:15:59 Paul takes quick intermittent glances past Frank and Sam to the window behind them. You have to let me go. I gotta be someplace. Speaker 6 00:16:08 Where's that Speaker 0 00:16:09 Work? I'm late for work. Speaker 6 00:16:12 Well, that's unfortunate. What is it that you do Paul? Speaker 0 00:16:18 What? Speaker 6 00:16:19 Your job. What is it Speaker 0 00:16:22 I, I'm a clerk at a law firm. Paul steals another glance at the window, which does not go unnoticed by Sam Speaker 1 00:16:29 Expecting company. Speaker 0 00:16:31 What do you mean Speaker 1 00:16:33 By my count? That's the fifth time you've checked that window. Paul, who are you waiting on? Speaker 0 00:16:40 A look of unease crosses Paul's face outside the mansion. A bruised and battered Claudia arrests on the ground leaning against her car as she speaks on her phone. She witnesses as Angela's father attends to her wounds. Swabbing a bruise with alcohol. Speaker 14 00:16:58 Uh, yeah. It's Medina Estates in Woodland Hills. No idea. They just mowed my ass down and took off. They could be anywhere by now. Can you meet me at my place? I'm gonna need a ride. I didn't ask for an ambulance. I asked for a ride. Okay. She Speaker 0 00:17:19 Puts her phone away as Angela's father fixes a bandage around her arm. Speaker 14 00:17:23 Ah, thank you. Speaker 15 00:17:26 My daughter and grandson. Are they in trouble? Speaker 14 00:17:30 As long as they're with that shit bag. Yeah, we all are. Did your daughter say anything about where they were headed? Speaker 15 00:17:39 No, but the card they borrowed, it has a GPS tracker. Speaker 14 00:17:47 You don't say Speaker 0 00:17:50 Orson S car pulls to a stop in front of the Kaminski residence. A police squad car is already present. He exits his car, makes his way to the front door and knocks the door. Opens to reveal Officer Pope standing by ready to assist Speaker 10 00:18:07 Captain Suspects detained in the kitchen down the hall to your right Speaker 1 00:18:13 Officer Speaker 0 00:18:14 Horse and nods and enters hopee tears around outside before closing the door. More news vans have now gathered outside the Long Beach City jail and the crowd is multiplied. Protestors yell at one another with their respective team. Nicholson and Team Devil t-shirts and protest signs by the W A G C News Van Shar Weston sits in a director's chair as a makeup artist and hairstylist performed their final touches. Sha studies a script in her hand and rehearses her lines. Speaker 1 00:18:51 Such a harrowing experience, such a harrowing experience, such a harrowing experience. Speaker 0 00:19:03 Inside the jail a guard escorts rashonda into a room and toed a chair on one side of a steel table. Camera lights are set up around the room. A small crew performs camera and lighting tests. Before Rashonda is seated, the guard discreetly pulls something out of his pocket and slips it into hers. She wears a look of confusion until the guard leans into her ear and whispers reassuringly Speaker 1 00:19:31 For the revolution. Speaker 0 00:19:33 Rashonda retains her surprise as she takes a seat at Paul's house. Frank's phone rings. He heads to a corner for privacy. Sam casually acknowledges it as he keeps an eye on Paul. There's no one coming. Please. I'm late. Speaker 1 00:19:52 Just hang in there Pauly. The more you cooperate, the quicker this will Speaker 0 00:19:57 Go. Sam looks to Frank who turns in his direction and holds out his phone. Speaker 1 00:20:03 It's for you. Speaker 0 00:20:05 Sam is completely baffled. He watches the phone lingering in Frank's palm. He exchanges a look with Paul before rising and meeting Frank across the room. Sam holds a look with Frank before taking the phone and raising it to his ear. Speaker 1 00:20:20 Hello. Speaker 7 00:20:22 Hello Sam. It's a pleasure to meet you. Speaker 1 00:20:28 Is this a joke? Speaker 7 00:20:30 Not at all. This is a genuine honor to make your acquaintance Speaker 1 00:20:35 Listen to meet you. Son of a bitch. When we catch your sick little ass, we're gonna end you. You hear me? Sam, stop. You hear me? Huh? Hey, you hear me? A piece of shit. Give me the goddamn Speaker 6 00:20:47 Phone. Hello? Hello. Speaker 1 00:20:51 What is this shit, Frank, take Speaker 6 00:20:52 It. Easy. Speaker 1 00:20:53 Easy. He had my fucking partner killed. I'm gonna put a bullet in his head. Easy. Speaker 6 00:20:59 Your partner who murdered an innocent child in cold blood? Speaker 1 00:21:05 What are you working for? A terrorist now. Speaker 6 00:21:08 He contacted me last night. You were right. Someone is coming. I don't know who, but they've got something, something we need. So we wait. Speaker 1 00:21:24 Are we the bad guys now Frank, Speaker 6 00:21:27 I think we're about to find out. Speaker 1 00:21:30 I hope you know what you're doing. Speaker 0 00:21:32 Sam Tosses Frank's phone back to him and walks off in the Long Beach City jail. Shara seats herself across the table from Rashonda. Around the periphery of the room, a small crew finishes their final lighting adjustments. A cameraman awaits himself behind the lens. Rashonda sits in silence. Her mind adrift. Shar takes notice and leans toward her. Speaker 17 00:21:59 Mrs. Nicholson. Mrs. Nicholson Speaker 0 00:22:03 Sha Als stretcher her hand and mellow dramatically places it on. Rashonda Rashonda snaps out of her drained despair and her eyes meet chars. Speaker 17 00:22:13 Are you ready hun? Would you like some water before we begin? Speaker 16 00:22:17 Please? Uh, thank you. Speaker 0 00:22:19 Char nods to an assistant who locates a bottle of water and places it before Rashonda. The cameraman gives char a 3, 2, 1 countdown and Sha switches on the charm as the broadcast begins. Speaker 17 00:22:33 Rashonda, thank you for joining us today. I know this has been such a harrowing experience for you. Tell me about your son, Speaker 16 00:22:44 Josiah. Who is my world? My light. And that light has been extinguished. Speaker 17 00:22:53 How does that make you feel? Rashonda Speaker 16 00:22:56 Feel Speaker 17 00:22:58 Angry, saddened, vengeful. Speaker 16 00:23:03 I'm beyond feeling. I am beyond where a mother should ever be. Josiah would've been 19 this week. He should be starting the rest of his life right now, but he won't and his killer walked free and we're told to just move on. How? Speaker 0 00:23:30 Shar turns her phony grin to the camera. Speaker 17 00:23:33 How do you move on? We'll be right back. Speaker 0 00:23:37 The cameraman cuts as they go to break. Speaker 17 00:23:39 Wonderful. Just powerful, powerful stuff. Rashonda, could you maybe just sit up a bit straighter? You're not quite fully in our key light. Speaker 0 00:23:48 Rashonda adjusts her posture as she gives Shara the side eye in his house. An irritated Kaminsky slouches at his dining room table across from Orson. Who scribbles in a notepad. Speaker 2 00:24:03 I've been downtown already. I told you guys everything I know Speaker 4 00:24:07 And we appreciate you taking the time Mr. Kaminski. There's just a couple of details we need to iron out. I assure you this won't take long. Had you experienced any internet service interruptions or outages prior to the hack? Speaker 2 00:24:22 Not that I know of. Speaker 4 00:24:24 Had you visited any suspicious chat rooms lately? Speaker 2 00:24:28 What do you consider suspicious? Speaker 4 00:24:30 Any platform prone to fostering talk of cyber attacks? Violent threats Speaker 2 00:24:36 Talk. You mean like speech? I thought that was free. Speaker 4 00:24:42 It is, but not from consequences. Speaker 2 00:24:47 No, I don't Fraternize with riff raff. I'm a law Biden. Tax paying citizen just like you. Fair enough. With the same freedom and the same rights as you. Speaker 4 00:24:58 Easy Mr. Kaminski, Speaker 2 00:24:59 What's next? You gonna restrict what websites I visit, what tattoos I can have, what groups I can join. How many freedoms will you people restrict in exchange for some false sense of security? Speaker 0 00:25:13 Oren's face changes subtly as he eyes kaminski a bit differently. Now Speaker 4 00:25:18 Mind if I use your bathroom, Mr. Kaminsky? Speaker 2 00:25:20 Yeah. To your left. Speaker 0 00:25:23 Orson nods agreeably and is on his way as he passes through the foyer. He stops by Pope and speaks to him in confidence. Speaker 4 00:25:31 I didn't mention anything about the tattooed. Keep an eye on him. We're almost done here. Speaker 0 00:25:36 Pope nods. As Orson walks on, Claudia waits outside her apartment. A car pulls up and she rushes to the passenger door. Squeak emerges from the driver's side and runs over to help her in. He sprints back behind the wheel and takes off a bit more nervous than usual. Squeak resumes a conversation on speakerphone. Speaker 18 00:26:02 Okay, Sarah, I gotta go now. Speaker 19 00:26:04 You'd be back here in one hour. You hear me? Speaker 18 00:26:07 I will do my best. Speaker 19 00:26:09 I'm serious, Eddie. I've got my salon appointment and a yoga class right after. I'm Speaker 18 00:26:13 Well aware of your schedule. Sarah. Speaker 19 00:26:16 Act like it. Get my damn car back here in an hour. Speaker 18 00:26:19 All right, I gotta go now. Speaker 14 00:26:22 Thanks for the lift. Speaker 18 00:26:23 Don't thank me. Thank my ex. It's her car now along with the house and every other goddamn thing. Speaker 14 00:26:30 Looks like he's hiding out at a desert shore. Motel near Long Beach. Checked into room one 18 Speaker 18 00:26:35 Long Beach. I can't make it there. And back in an hour, Claudia, my wife would kill me. Speaker 14 00:26:40 Ex-wife squeak. And this is for the greater good. She'll understand that Speaker 18 00:26:45 You two have clearly never met. Huh? Geez. Yeah. Did Speaker 19 00:26:52 You just hang up on me, Eddie? Speaker 18 00:26:53 No. Yes hun. I gotta take care of something and I need to concentrate on the road now. Honey. Speaker 19 00:27:01 So sick. You disrespect daddy and you better fill up the tank before you get here too. Speaker 14 00:27:05 Look bitch. We're dealing with the national emergency here and this country is at risk and in case you haven't noticed, you live in that country. Your ex is being noble and trying to prevent a domestic catastrophe. So go stretch your self-centered ass out in a corner somewhere until he's done. Got it. Better yet, just call goddamn Uber. Who Speaker 19 00:27:23 The hell are you? Who the hell is that Eddie Speaker 14 00:27:27 There? Speaker 18 00:27:27 Thanks Claudia. That really smoothed things over. Speaker 14 00:27:31 We gotta get to Martin before he disappears for good. Speaker 18 00:27:34 What is he hiding? Speaker 14 00:27:35 No idea. But if he's willing to let the world burn to hide it, it can't be good. I think I know who the voice is. Speaker 18 00:27:46 Who? Speaker 14 00:27:47 Private Nolan. Remember him? Speaker 18 00:27:50 Nolan. Nolan. Harvey. Nolan. Speaker 14 00:27:54 That's him. Speaker 18 00:27:55 How do you know? Speaker 14 00:27:56 He left us a clue. The fabric from the dress from Cassini's daughter. Speaker 18 00:28:02 What does it mean? Speaker 14 00:28:06 Yeah, Speaker 21 00:28:07 It's Frank. How's it going? Speaker 14 00:28:10 Not good. That slick little shit. Tried to run me over and bailed. Martin, Speaker 21 00:28:15 Are you all right? Speaker 14 00:28:16 I will be once I get a hold of his ass. I'm tracking him down now. Speaker 21 00:28:21 The voice. He reached out to me. Speaker 14 00:28:24 The voice reached out to you. Speaker 21 00:28:26 Yeah, he told me to give you a message. He said they're safe. Speaker 0 00:28:33 Claudia tears up with relief upon hearing the news as if years of weight has suddenly been lifted. Squeak takes notice. Speaker 18 00:28:42 What is it? Speaker 21 00:28:43 Audio? Speaker 14 00:28:45 Yeah, I'm here. Speaker 21 00:28:48 Any idea who we're dealing with? Speaker 14 00:28:50 He was a private. I served with in Afghanistan. Who he has become now is anyone's guess. Speaker 21 00:28:57 I think he's on the other line. I'll get back to you. Speaker 14 00:29:00 Copy that. Speaker 0 00:29:01 Claudia hangs up. Speaker 14 00:29:03 Nolan found those girls. Speaker 18 00:29:06 I wonder how many more there were that we never found. Speaker 0 00:29:09 They both ponder that thought at Paul's house. Frank and Sam sit at the kitchen table both with an AirPod in one ear. Frank hands his phone over to Sam. Yeah, Speaker 7 00:29:25 Sam, that's me. Are you ready to listen now? I'm listening. Good. This next step is very important. In the next few minutes, someone will be at that front door that someone has a key. Find the door to that key. Speaker 17 00:29:50 Could you be any more cryptic? Speaker 7 00:29:52 Who's coming? Someone you've been looking for. Speaker 6 00:29:57 What did we find on the other side of that door? Speaker 7 00:30:00 Justice. Speaker 0 00:30:02 The voice hangs up. Frank and Sam share a look of puzzle men. They return to the living room and Frank Neals down to Paul Speaker 6 00:30:10 Who's coming through that door. Speaker 0 00:30:12 You should leave. You don't want any part of this. Speaker 6 00:30:16 Any part of what Speaker 0 00:30:17 A car pulls to a stop outside too late now. Frank replaces the tape on Paul's mouth, then gestures the Sam to flank one side of the door as he takes the other. Both draw their guns. The door is unlocked as soon as it opens Sam lunges and grabs the figure. Frank shuts the door and rushes to duct tape their mouth. Both are in shock as they realize the figure is. Albert O'Malley, Speaker 6 00:30:46 You. You Speaker 0 00:30:47 Frank and Sam Exchange a glance that says you know him too. Outside the Long Beach City jail protestors begin fighting one another. Officers rush in to separate the skirmishes and use barricades to push the protestors further from the building. Arrests are made which only intensify the mood inside the TV crew take their places as the camera rolls again. The cameraman gives char the countdown as she flashes her smile and resumes. Speaker 17 00:31:22 We are back. Thank you all for joining us and again, thank you Mrs. Nicholson for your time. Your husband, Arnold Nicholson is an attorney. Is that correct? Speaker 16 00:31:35 Yes. Speaker 17 00:31:36 He has a reputation for bringing litigation to Los Angeles area precincts. Is that also correct? Speaker 16 00:31:43 He fights wherever there is injustice, Speaker 17 00:31:46 Which he feels is rampant in the city's police force. Isn't that right? Do you feel that may have played a part in Josiah's death? Could this have been some sort of retaliation? Mrs. Nicholson, do you need some time to losing Speaker 16 00:32:06 My only child was the worst day of my life and I will relive that moment forever. Speaker 17 00:32:16 My question was about Speaker 16 00:32:17 Police are murdering us. They are murdering our black babies. The only way to stop this is if we the citizens that they're sworn to protect and serve, unite against this abuse of authority. We can take this power back. We need to take this power back. Speaker 17 00:32:37 I understand, but we, because Speaker 16 00:32:39 It's not just us anymore. It's the most vulnerable of this society. It's the mentally challenged. The elderly are unarmed, defenseless citizens. They're all someone's babies. They are all our babies. Speaker 0 00:32:57 The crowd outside gets more riled up as Rashon D's. Words begin to resonate. Both sides now seem to be hanging onto her. Every word in mutual agreement for once. Speaker 17 00:33:07 Mrs. Nicholson, I need you to relax. Speaker 16 00:33:10 They can't kill us all. We will unify and we will fight together as one America and if we do not get justice, we the people will take it by any means necessary. Speaker 17 00:33:29 Let's take a commercial break. Speaker 0 00:33:31 The broadcast ends. Char's sweet natured persona is now fully removed and her tone infused with a barely withheld rage. Speaker 17 00:33:40 Rashonda, listen to me. I understand what you're going through. I do, but I need you to stay focused and follow my lead. We'll give you time for a final word once we conclude this segment, but for now, a little more structure and a little less power to the people. Do you understand Rashonda? Speaker 16 00:33:59 This is all coming to an end. Speaker 0 00:34:03 Rashonda offers a dubious smile all Speaker 16 00:34:06 Coming to an Speaker 17 00:34:07 End Speaker 0 00:34:08 As if possessed Speaker 16 00:34:09 Very soon Speaker 0 00:34:10 Making Char and her crew a bit unnerved. The power goes out. Speaker 17 00:34:17 What was that? Speaker 0 00:34:18 Hmm? Some sort of power outage. Speaker 17 00:34:20 I can see that genius. Why? Speaker 0 00:34:22 I don't know Lou of Hughes. Maybe Speaker 17 00:34:25 We're back in less than two minutes. Figure it out. Speaker 0 00:34:27 The assistant and crew mill about searching the wires and outlets in the midst of the confusion. Rashonda calmly and patiently takes a sip of her water. Fbi, Los Angeles Brewbaker leaves his office and adjusts his coat as he weaves between cubicles. On his way out, he stops in his tracks. When an employee leaps to his feet, cradling an open laptop in his arms. Hey, he's streaming everybody Speaker 17 00:34:58 Quiet. Speaker 0 00:35:00 The familiar audio wave plays on the screen moving in rhythm with the voices words. Speaker 7 00:35:06 The root of all evil is the abuse of power. Harrison Gailey went into the custody of the Long Beach Police Department and left deceased just hours later. Speaker 0 00:35:24 Pru Baker grins. Proudly. Speaker 7 00:35:27 This is why the masses have lost faith in authority. The time has come for that faith to be restored. Have you checked your pensions lately? Speaker 0 00:35:42 The audio wave goes flat and brew. Baker smile fades. He checks his watch and hes out at police precincts. Across the city, detectives, lieutenants, sergeants and captains run to their desks and frantically type away at their keyboards. Some faces go pale as they quickly refresh their screens again and again on their displays. Pension statements totally zero. Orson returns to the dining room to find an antsy Kaminsky pacing. Speaker 2 00:36:19 Are we done here? A what? Speaker 4 00:36:22 Just about. I wanted to ask you one more question. What do you know about venture industries? Speaker 0 00:36:30 Overhearing from the foyer? Pope perks up and his eyes go wide. He appears down the hall keeping his eye on the dining room. Kaminsky lights up Speaker 2 00:36:41 Now we're talking. Speaker 0 00:36:42 He gestures for ing to follow him up a flight of stairs moments after they ascend, Pope creeps up and lingers at the bottom of the stairs. He's dropping just out of view in his home office. Kaminsky sits at his computer and boots it up As Orson hovers over him. Speaker 2 00:37:03 You buy the innocent, hard working civilians. Meanwhile, he really looks right under your noses. You're all busy protecting it. Speaker 0 00:37:10 Orson rolls his eyes as Kaminski types and brings up a web form, opens and plays a video file. Speaker 2 00:37:17 Word online is Ventures in arms manufacturing wreck, which ties to former US defense contractors. Speaker 4 00:37:25 Come again. Speaker 2 00:37:26 Venture has been secretly funneling arms to every third world country Civil war for years. They're militarizing the police force. That shack that burned down a couple days ago in northern California that was a controlled fire. New drone technology given to cops. Care of venture industries. Any one of you's peace officers go snooping around, are either paid off or knocked off. Here's some secret footage of one of their fundraisers. Hallway Speaker 0 00:37:55 Security camp footage shows the outside of a banquet hall worsen scans the crowd of officers, businessmen, and military personnel who exit until one individual in particular catches his eye. Officer Pope Kaminsky recognizes him too and points at the screen Speaker 2 00:38:15 Is that the guy downstairs, Speaker 0 00:38:17 Orson looks over his shoulder in the direction of the office door. He and Kaminsky leave the office and downstairs they both look in the direction of the foyer. The last place they saw Pope, which is now vacant at Paul's house. Frank Tosses O'Malley onto the couch, hands bound behind his back, right beside Paul. Talk Speaker 2 00:38:42 Frank, what are you doing here? Speaker 6 00:38:45 You first Speaker 0 00:38:46 O'Malley turns to Paul. Speaker 2 00:38:48 What have you told them? Speaker 0 00:38:49 Not a goddamn thing, Speaker 2 00:38:52 Frank. Now you listen to me. I've gotten you out of some tight spots in the past. Let me get you out of this one. Walk away from this. Speaker 6 00:39:02 Yeah, that's not happening. Speaker 0 00:39:04 Sam, chime in. Speaker 1 00:39:05 Hey O'Malley, you remember me? Speaker 2 00:39:09 I don't think so. Speaker 1 00:39:11 I'm Officer Sam Pierce. I interrogated you in connection with a little company. Maybe you remember it. Venture industries Speaker 6 00:39:21 And that doesn't ring a bell. Shit ain't gonna work this time. Speaker 2 00:39:25 Frank. I tell you what I know and I'm a dead man and so is everyone in this room. I'm looking out for you as well. Like I always have. Speaker 6 00:39:36 Whatever's in this house is gonna lead us to this voice. Speaker 2 00:39:40 Who told you that? Speaker 6 00:39:42 He did. Speaker 2 00:39:45 I'm sorry, Frank, I can't help you. Speaker 0 00:39:48 Sam leans closer to O'Malley. Speaker 1 00:39:51 How about we just take that key off of you and help ourselves? Speaker 2 00:39:55 Key. What key? Speaker 6 00:39:58 The one we're gonna take from you after we beat your ass. Speaker 0 00:40:01 O'Malley grows fearful at the Desert Shore Motel. Martin lies fast asleep on the bed, A car door shuts in the distance, stirring him awake. He scans the room Sleepily. No one in sight, no suitcases either. He's alone. Martin blinks wide awake now leaps from the bed and hus out the hotel room door to find Angela behind the wheel starting their car and miles fast into his backseat, who reaches out as he sees his father? Speaker 2 00:40:37 Angela. Speaker 0 00:40:37 Angela Martin tries to grab the door, but she pulls off too quickly and leaves him in a cloud of dust. Angela, Speaker 2 00:40:43 Please don't leave me. He's my son too. Speaker 0 00:40:49 The car is now a spec in the distance. Martin drops his head and falls to his knees and tears. Speaker 2 00:40:56 <laugh> Speaker 0 00:41:02 At the Kaminsky residence. You stay Speaker 2 00:41:04 Put Speaker 0 00:41:05 Orson gestures for Kaminsky not to move as he inspects the rest of the floor. Officer Pope, he steps into the foyer confirming Pope's absence. He moves into the living room, searches and finds no one. He peeks out the living room window. Pope's cruiser sits unoccupied Speaker 2 00:41:26 Pope. Speaker 0 00:41:28 He continues down the hallway searching his surroundings as he approaches a bathroom door, which is slightly a jar. He casually opens it and looks around. Speaker 0 00:41:39 Pope appears behind him and wraps his arm around Oren's neck in a chokehold. Orson rises and gasps for air as he struggles to escape it. He elbows Pope in the stomach and backs him into the wall, knocking down portraits and other fixtures. Orson places a leg behind Popes tripping him and sending them both falling back into a bookshelf. Orson s arms and legs flail about and they fall crashing into an end table. Popes hold remains and Orson s gasps for air become fewer and more desperate. Pope removes one arm from around Oren's neck, giving him enough room to break free and Pope enough time to draw his gun and name it at the back of Oren's head. Orson lies motionless. Kaminsky enters cautiously and in shock. Speaker 2 00:42:35 He raised up on me. I had to defend myself. You saw everything. No, no. I I. I ain't seen nothing. I ain't seen nothing. Speaker 0 00:42:46 Pope's bullets send Kaminski to the floor. Pope regains his breathing and calmly forms a plan. He rearranges the position of the bodies in Paul's living room. O'Malley is thrown face down onto the floor. His hands still bound as Frank and Sam frisk him. Unbeknownst to them, Paul who sits on the floor nearby, has managed to slightly loosen his restraints. Speaker 2 00:43:17 Frank, I don't have any key. You're wasting your time. Speaker 0 00:43:21 Frank pulls random items out of O'Malley's pockets wallet, phone, lint, and a bag of cocaine. Speaker 2 00:43:29 Now it's a party. Take it and the money take it all and go. We won't say anything. Speaker 0 00:43:35 Frank throws the bag at O'Malley's face. Dismissively. He proceeds to rifle through his suit jacket. As Sam searches his shoes frustrated and done with their search, Frank and Sam rise and exchange a look. Then simultaneously look to the couch. They both begin removing the pillows and cushions. Speaker 2 00:43:55 Frank, Speaker 0 00:43:57 After all are removed, a bronze key is all that remains. Frank picks it up and turns it over in his hand. Speaker 2 00:44:05 Frank, please guess what the next question is. Speaker 0 00:44:12 Brew Baker's s u v races down the freeway as he converses with a pope on speaker phone. Speaker 9 00:44:17 One less Lu end tie up. You cover your tracks. Speaker 21 00:44:21 Yeah, we're good. Nice and clean. Speaker 9 00:44:24 That Kaminski could have had some intel on. The voice Speaker 21 00:44:28 Had no choice. He saw everything. Speaker 9 00:44:31 Okay. I got agents on their way to take your statement. Make sure it checks out. Understood. What about the other four on my way to seeing one of them? Now I'm getting another call. We'll talk later. Go for Brewbaker. Speaker 23 00:44:46 We got a major problem. We just received Word on the location of the next nuke. Speaker 9 00:44:51 Where is it? Speaker 23 00:44:52 Long Beach City Jail. Speaker 0 00:44:55 Brewbaker wins at the news. Speaker 9 00:44:58 Is that where Rashonda is being held? Speaker 23 00:45:00 It is, sir. They're shutting down her interview now and evacuating their premises. Speaker 9 00:45:04 That's son of a bitch. With all the prisoner's, guards, media and protestors, this city will be a veritable mad house and he knows it. I'll get back to you. Speaker 23 00:45:15 Yes, sir. Speaker 0 00:45:15 He hangs up bangs on his steering wheel and steps on the gas. Speaker 9 00:45:20 Goddammit. Speaker 0 00:45:24 Outside the jail, Bedlam breaks out his backup. Police arrive on the scene. Officers do their best to round up the protestors and usher them away from the building, which only amplifies the crowd's anger. Protestors begin to fight the officers who resort to quelling the uprising and making arrests. Sirens. Blair on the inside and red lights flash throughout the jail. Prison guards begin running to andro in a panic. Char's crew shares that fear and begin yelling Confusedly at one another. Two guards rush in one addresses char directly. The other raises rashonda from her seat and slips her out of the room. Speaker 13 00:46:07 Ma'am, you and your people need to follow us right now. Speaker 17 00:46:10 What are you talking about? Speaker 13 00:46:12 We need to evacuate immediately. Speaker 0 00:46:15 Shas crew starts grabbing what equipment they can and running out to awaiting guards in the hallway. Speaker 17 00:46:20 Hey, get back here we are in the middle of a live broadcast. We're not going anywhere. Speaker 13 00:46:26 Ma'am. I'm going to yank you outta here kicking and screaming. If I have to, Speaker 17 00:46:31 You lay one hand on me and I'll have your job. I'll own this goddamn jail. You hear me Speaker 0 00:46:36 Reaching his limit. The guard hoist char up and over his shoulder as he forcefully carries her through the door. Get Speaker 17 00:46:42 Off me. Put me down you. Piece of shit. Speaker 0 00:46:47 Guards and police work together to usher prisoners out safely, but random prisoner altercations hinder their efforts. Suddenly the number of cell doors slide open surprising the prisoners in them as well as the guards outside of them. After the brief shot, the guards and police prepare for conflict. Those with shields raise them. Those with batons do their best to hold them back. The prisoners leap from their cells. Full force searching for exits and utter mayhem unfolds. Rashonda s Guard escorts her down the stairwell. He opens a door, which leads to an underground garage. He reaches into her back pocket withdrawals a handcuff shim unlocks and removes her cuffs and safely ushers her into the back of an unmarked van. The van drives out of the garage as more reinforcements are entering. It blends into traffic and disappears upstairs in Paul's house. Sam walks the length of the hallway. He examines the lock of each door. He passes with the bronze key in his hand downstairs, Frank Lee's Paul and O'Malley in the living room. As he wanders into the kitchen, as he passes a large armoire, he catches Paul in his peripheral vision, shifting his head worriedly in O'Malley's direction and O'Malley holding up a hand to him gesturing to take it easy. Frank studies the armoire before noticing that behind it, barely visible through the wallpaper was the outline of a door. Speaker 0 00:48:45 Frank sends a text to Sam. Get down here. Sam rushes down the stairs past O'Malley and then almost untied Paul and joins Frank in the kitchen. Paul reaches under the couch and feels around until his hands locate a gun. Frank subtly nods to the armoire requesting an assist. Sam takes the hint and grabs one side of it. As Frank takes the other, Speaker 0 00:49:18 A bullet hits the center of the armoire and Frank and Sam leave for cover. Paul wields a gun firing wildly despite O'Malley's. Please, what are you doing? Are you crazy? O'Malley distracts Paul. Long enough for Frank to give Sam a signal. They both grab the armoire lunge forward and drop it onto Paul and O'Malley. Sam pums Paul in the face until he's out cold and takes his gun. O'Malley crawls out from under the armor and escapes the house to safety. Frank holds out his hand to Sam. A key Sam tosses it to him. Frank rushes into the kitchen, inserts the key into the doors, lock and turns it while he draws his gun. Sam rises now armed as well and flanks one side of the door. Frank nods to Sam. Sam swings the door open. They enter and descend down a dark flight of stairs. Frank feels along the wall for a switch. He finds one just as he hears something <laugh>. He flicks the switch. A look of horror overcome Frank and Sam as they struggle to regain their composure. Sam audibly gasps and turns away. Frank can only mutter. Oh my Speaker 1 00:50:32 God, Speaker 0 00:50:33 Before them. A group of frightened young children huddled together in a corner their sobs forming a haunting echo on the freeway. Brew Baker listens to the news as he follows freeway signs to Long Beach. We Speaker 24 00:50:53 Have breaking news this afternoon. The latest bomb scare in Southern California and the second and less than a week. This time at the Long Beach City Jail riots ever erupted. As authorities work fast to get guards, prisoners and protestors to safety. And as you can imagine, it's not a pretty picture. Speaker 0 00:51:11 Gridlock up ahead brings his s u v down to a slow pace. Then a halt, a ripple effect of the jailhouse. Chaos has hindered freeway traffic. Speaker 25 00:51:22 Dammit. Let's go. Come on. Speaker 0 00:51:24 He pulls a wailing siren out and places it on the hood, pulling over to the shoulder lane and speeding off. Martin sits on the couch once occupied by his wife and son. Eyes empty and drained as he waits. There's a knock at the door. Martin leaps to attention and races to it. He opens it to me. Brew Baker, but comes face to face with Claudia instead. Speaker 1 00:51:51 Oh shit. Speaker 0 00:51:53 Claudia's left Hook sends Martin clean across a dresser she sends kick after kick to every part of his body. He fails to cover up until squeak intervenes Speaker 18 00:52:03 Enough. Enough. Stop. He can't talk if he's dead. Claudia, Speaker 1 00:52:09 I had to protect my family. Speaker 14 00:52:11 If you run, you can lose all our goddamn families. Speaker 0 00:52:15 She leans into Martin's ear. Speaker 14 00:52:18 I got two burials I can show you right now. I got no problem making a third. Speaker 1 00:52:24 How did you find me? Speaker 14 00:52:25 What are you doing here? Speaker 0 00:52:27 Martin drops his head in defeat. Speaker 1 00:52:29 It doesn't matter anymore. My wife left and took her son. Good. Speaker 14 00:52:36 Claudia Speaker 0 00:52:37 Squeak throws her a be nice look. As he pulls a pair of binoculars and keeps watched by the front window. Speaker 1 00:52:44 We were gonna disappear together. I'm meeting Brew Baker telling him what I know. I know the people responsible for arming the voice Speaker 14 00:52:57 And how's that? Speaker 1 00:52:59 Because I helped them. Speaker 14 00:53:02 We're getting out of here. Speaker 1 00:53:03 What? Why? Speaker 14 00:53:05 I might know who the voice is. We're gonna rondevu with Frank and Sam and figure this out ourselves. Speaker 1 00:53:11 No, we stay and tell Brew Bakker everything. Brew Speaker 14 00:53:14 Bakker may have murdered the only witness in custody. Martin, Speaker 1 00:53:17 We don't know that. What Speaker 14 00:53:18 Do you think he'll do to us Once he gets what he needs, Speaker 1 00:53:21 I'm staying. Speaker 14 00:53:23 You are doing what we tell you to do. Speaker 18 00:53:25 We got ourselves a single s u v. Looks like government plates heading our way. Speaker 0 00:53:29 Squeak turns to Claudia. Speaker 18 00:53:31 How do you wanna play this? Speaker 0 00:53:33 Martin quickly opens the door. Help help Claudia slams at shut. Pulls her Stu gun and Tass Martin into submission. Ugh. Speaker 6 00:53:42 Well that's that. Then Speaker 0 00:53:44 Squeak gestures toward the bathroom as they pick Martin's body up and carry him there. Frank sits in his car outside Paul's house. Police squad cars and ambulances surround the house as officers ushered the children to EMTs standing by on the front lawn and Sam gives his statement to a detective. Neighbors have become looky-loos watching and pointing from their respective porches and balconies. Frank speaks allowed to seemingly no one. Speaker 6 00:54:16 What makes you think these cops are on the up and up? Speaker 7 00:54:20 Let's just say they've been vetted. Speaker 0 00:54:23 The voice answers via speakerphone. Speaker 7 00:54:26 Plus the bad apples are too busy checking their empty pensions right about now, huh? Speaker 6 00:54:34 You're gonna tell me who you are. Speaker 7 00:54:37 I told you I'm nobody. But you didn't think so. You didn't see a man to be feared. You saw a man who just needed to breathe. Speaker 0 00:54:51 A moment of realization crosses Frank's face. Speaker 7 00:54:54 I still practice it. You know the breathing. Speaker 6 00:55:00 Me too. How's your wife? Speaker 7 00:55:04 She's passed on. Speaker 6 00:55:06 Damnit. I'm so sorry. Speaker 7 00:55:10 Don't be you fucked the good fight. Speaker 6 00:55:14 What's your end game? Here Speaker 7 00:55:17 I vowed to serve my country, Frank. That vow didn't end at these shores. There's evil to be uprooted. Others see it now too, and we're going to dismantle it. Peace by peace Speaker 6 00:55:36 By detonating the world until you get what you want, Speaker 7 00:55:40 We have the nation's attention. Tomorrow we'll have the worlds find Martin. He's a crucial peace to this puzzle and the next step of the revolution. But be cautious, Frank. What you and Sam have uncovered will make you heroes. But not everyone loves a hero. Speaker 0 00:56:08 The voice hangs up. As Frank re retracts into his memory two years ago, Frank holds a conference on an auditorium stage beneath a banner that reads Frank Cole. For Mayor Orson stands in the wings watching and filming with pride. Speaker 6 00:56:28 We deserve better. Our homeless deserve better. Yes, yes. Nearly 10% of our homeless are veterans. Veterans, veterans who were sworn to defend us. Why are they on our streets? We will create housing for this city's downtrodden and forgotten, and we can do this together. Speaker 0 00:56:51 One of those cheering in the crowd is Harvey Nolan, a k a, the voice who beams at the speech he's just heard later. As most of the audience has filed out of the auditorium, Frank is ringing the last hand of a supporter. As Frank Heads backstage, Mr. Cole. Speaker 2 00:57:11 Mr. Cole. Speaker 0 00:57:12 Nolan is running quickly toward Frank. Orson leads security as he orders others to advance. Frank holds a hand up to Orson in his security detail, waving them off. Speaker 6 00:57:22 It's okay. It's okay. Speaker 4 00:57:24 You all right, Frank? Speaker 6 00:57:25 No, it's fine. Speaker 0 00:57:27 Nolan arrives out of breath though. He makes an attempt to talk through it. His health has deteriorated slightly since his tour in Afghanistan, which is reflected in his gravelly voice. Frank grabs a seat and pushes Nolan into it. He holds a hand on each shoulder and speaks to him an a softening tone. Listen, Speaker 6 00:57:47 Listen to me breathe. Think of a calming moment in your life. Speaker 2 00:57:54 My wife nagging at me to hang my coat up. Speaker 6 00:57:59 I said a calming moment, but <laugh>, Speaker 2 00:58:03 She is my calm. Speaker 0 00:58:05 No one then rushes through his words out of sadness and confusion. Speaker 2 00:58:09 I can't afford her insulin. Veteran benefits are supposed to cover that, but their systems don't talk to one another. Or antiquated software or some bullshit stuff. Sorry. Speaker 6 00:58:21 And rather than veteran affairs officials working on the problem, they argue over who's culpable. No. No. You have every right to be angry. I'm angry for you. I'm making this kind of thing a cornerstone to my campaign. I could use your help. Speaker 0 00:58:37 No one thinks about it. It's flattered, actually. But a better idea replaces the thought. Speaker 2 00:58:44 I'm of better use out there in the crowd. But I got your back. Speaker 0 00:58:52 Frank Shakes Nolan's hand. Speaker 6 00:58:54 Well, don't forget to hang up your coat. Speaker 0 00:58:57 Nolan smiles as he turns and goes. Frank joins Orson backstage. Speaker 4 00:59:03 You're a little too trusting of your supporters. Frank. Speaker 6 00:59:06 Say that like it's a bad thing. How'd the footage come out? Speaker 4 00:59:09 Perfect. I kept that mustard stain in frame the entire time. I should get an Oscar for that blocking look at that Speaker 0 00:59:17 As he watches the footage. Frank rubs the stain off a little too late. Speaker 4 00:59:22 Why didn't he say something earlier? Because I wouldn't be able to laugh about it now. Oh, this was for your enjoyment. Hey, I ain't your camera man. You get what you paid for. Speaker 0 00:59:33 Orson pats him on the back. Frank Pats oren's shoulder in return as they move out of the exit door. A beautiful memory between Frank and his mentor. A memory Frank would soon cherish even more. Speaker 4 00:59:48 You did great out there, kid. I'm proud of you. You're gonna make a difference. I just know way. No way. No way, no way, no way.
